Utility WarehouseChris thanks for advising us to use them We have phoned the broadband side three times as we wanted to set up on our own netgear instead of the box they sent us as our children wanted to access wireless with their laptops They spoke to our 15 year old son and helped him connect his laptop when he couldnt get it connected they accessed remotely and done all the work for him We got straight through to a person yes a real person and he was helpful and polite Every phone call is to real peopleI am also using their electric and yes a polite young lady has rang about meter readings and then rang me back when she said she wouldMaybe the world is going full circle I am getting better rates and a far superior service a company that cares about their customersThanks a lot will move my business phone over as soon as BT sorts line problems which has only taken 4 months so far Who needs internet in their business anyway Wendy

It appears that my XP has always been desperately slow but as I had nothing like for like to compare it with I wasnt aware of its shortcomings When I took my machine to Chris for quite another matter he quickly realised how slowly it was working He correctly diagnosed the hard drive was the root of the problem and when this was replaced and a bit of extra memory installed my computer was utterly transformedChris is polite and efficient and his charges are fair and very reasonable and I would recommend his services to anyone
