Full Remote Support (P100) + W-Secure Elements EPP for Computers, Partner Managed with Full Remote Support

Cost: From £250+VAT / year per unit (or monthly instalments) ie £25 +vat per month

1. W-Secure will find patches as available to existing software to prevent vulnerability of programs (see link for full list of programs included)
2. W-Secure will install Window updates on a regular basis
3. Verbo Computers will remove unknown/new viruses/malware/spyware and notify W-Secure accordingly to prevent reinfection
4. Verbo Computers will give reasonable telephone support on W-Secure issues
5. Verbo Computers will install the software to ensure machine is fully clean and the product is set up correctly
6. Verbo Computers will pre-install remote support software
7. Verbo Computers will monitor updates are successfully installed
8. Verbo Computers will assist with any new current product software installs, i.e. printer set-ups, mobile phone connection, camera, book keeping software etc.
9. Verbo Computers will assist with backup set-up including short tutorial if required.
10. Verbo Computers will resolve any software/install errors.

Verbo Full Remote Support (P100 plus) +F-Secure Elements EPP for Computers, Partner Managed and data backup with Datto File protection

Cost: From £350.00+VAT / year per unit or i.e first payment of £145 +VAT then 11 payments of £25.00 + VAT per month

1. W-Secure will upgrade existing software to prevent vulnerability of programs (see link for full list of programs included).
2. W-Secure will install Window updates on a regular basis.
3. Verbo Computers will remove unknown/new viruses/malware/spyware and notify W-Secure accordingly to prevent reinfection.
4. Verbo Computers will give reasonable telephone support on W-Secure issues.
5. Verbo Computers will install the software to ensure machine is fully clean and the product is setup correctly.
6. Verbo Computers will preinstall remote support software.
7. Verbo Computers will monitor updates are successfully installed.
8. Verbo Computers will assist with any new current product software installs, i.e. printer setups, mobile phone connection, camera, book keeping software etc.
9. Verbo Computers will assist with backup setup including short tutorial if required.
10. Verbo Computers will resolve any software/install errors.

11. Advisory workshop MOT on commencement of contract i.e. general maintenance check, dust extraction of machine, removal of unwanted files and rogue programs/toolbars.
12. Up to four(4) free workshop labour on any hardware issues (excl. any hardware required).
13. All workshop solutions to any software issues not fixable via remote support.

Ultimate Support (P400) (restricted to particular areas – please ask) + F-Secure Elements EPP for Computers, Partner Managed, workshop services & on-site services.

Cost: From 400.00+VAT / year per unit or ie 12 payments of £40.00 + VAT per month.

13. Verbo Computers cover all workshop solutions to software issues not fixable via remote support.
14. Verbo Computer will telephone support to a resolve any issue.
15. Free on-site labour, up to four(4) per year. (excl. any hardware required).
16. Reduced labour charge for any additional hours required.
